[한판고륜:삶의향기] 나

  몸은 정해진 삶을 살고자하고, 마음은 평생 보이지 않는 삶을 가지며 우리의 삶을 이루어 갑니다. 몸과 맘이 서로 다르지만 함께하며 나를 살아가는 것 처럼, 사랑도 사람도 삶도 더불어 존재하는 것입니다. 비록 몸이 원하는대로, 마음이 원하는대로 다 살 수 없지만, 스스로 '나’라는 자신을 존중함으로 살고 있는 심신합일을 느낄 수 있습니다.   -한판고륜 -

The body wants to live a certain life, and the mind has an invisible life throughout its life and builds our lives. Just as our bodies and minds are different, but we live together, love, people, and life exist together. Even though we cannot live everything the way our body wants or the way our mind wants, we can feel the unity of mind and body living by respecting ourselves as ‘me’.  -Hanpan Goryun-
