AUSA Conference, the U.S. Army’s Largest Annual Event, to Be Held in Washington, D.C.

Daily News Editor-in-Chief Han Ko to Attend and Cover Global Defense and Advanced Technology Trends

The AUSA Annual Meeting & Exposition, the largest event encompassing the U.S. Army and the broader defense industry, will take place this October in Washington, D.C.

Hosted by the Association of the United States Army (AUSA), the annual conference is the premier international forum for land power and defense policy in North America. Each year, it brings together senior U.S. Army leadership, Department of Defense officials, members of Congress, global defense contractors, advanced technology companies, and military personnel from allied nations, making it the largest land forces–focused defense exhibition and policy forum in the region.

This year’s AUSA Conference will focus on next-generation security and dual-use technologies, including U.S. Army modernization strategies, defense artificial intelligence (AI), autonomous weapons and drones, cybersecurity, space and satellite systems, and innovations in military logistics and sustainment. Reflecting recent Pentagon priorities, the event also highlights the growing role of commercial technologies and startup participation in national defense, drawing strong interest from emerging tech firms and global investors alongside traditional defense companies.

In connection with the event, Han Ko, Editor-in-Chief of Daily News, a U.S.-based Korean-American and global economic and industry media outlet, will attend the conference as accredited media to provide on-site coverage.
